Renee Clark

Renee Clark: Meet Renee, a Durham, North Carolina native with a deep passion for movement and wellness. Having completed her classical mat certification and reformer training, she’s thrilled to begin her teaching journey at Prevailing Pilates—a studio she proudly joined as a member in 2023.

Renee’s love for dance, performing, and teaching has been a lifelong journey. Over the years, she explored yoga and Pilates, but in 2023, she fully committed to the Pilates practice she now cherishes. In 2024, she achieved her beginner and intermediate classical mat certifications and recently completed her reformer training at Prevailing Pilates this January.

Renee believes true wellness comes from bringing the mind, body, and spirit together. Her classes are designed to be more than just workouts—they’re opportunities to connect, grow, and embrace your whole self. She’s excited to create a supportive and uplifting space for you to thrive on and off the mat!

Dr. Rachel Jerozal

Dr. Rachel Jerozal has been teaching Pilates for a decade and has been practicing Pilates for even longer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Buffalo and a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami. As a Physical Therapist, she specializes in the pelvic floor and sees patients at her practice, Durham Pelvic, which she opened in the summer of 2023. She loves to help both her patients and her pilates students get stronger and find joy in movement!

Dr. Rachel is newer to the area but is happy to be putting down roots here in Durham. When she’s not treating patients or teaching pilates, you can find her watching game shows, taking walks on the many trails in town, or trying out different restaurants around the Triangle.
